At Headmasters, every appointment time is carefully reserved for you. Our stylists plan their day around their bookings and last-minute cancellations or changes often leave gaps that cannot be filled, resulting in a loss of earnings for the team member.
To protect our team’s time and ensure we can continue to offer the highest level of service to every client, all appointments are secured with a deposit at the time of booking.
Colour Consultations & Patch Testing
A consultation and patch test are required before all new colour bookings.
For regular colour clients, patch tests are required every 6 months, regardless of when your last colour appointment took place.
Cancellation & Rearrangement Policy
If you need to cancel or move your appointment, please give us as much notice as possible.
