Yes absolutely and our consultations are free. You can book online for colour or style consult, and this does not require a deposit. There is no obligation to book an appointment after.

If you’re new to the salon, you will need a patch test at least 48hrs before your first colour application. If you are an existing or returning client you need to have a fresh patch test every 6 months for us to stay compliant with our insurance and ensure you don’t develop an allergy. Please see policy link here.

We understand that sometimes you may have to cancel an appointment. We do require 48hrs notice of any changes or cancellations to your appointments. Any cancellations after this time will incur the complete loss of your desposit. If an appointment is missed without prior notification, a 25% no show fee will be incurred. If you need to cancel, please give us a call, or use our online booking system. Please don’t text, email or a message us on social media.

We have lush Nespresso coffee; a range of teas and we use oat or soya milk as a dairy alternative. We also offer orange and apple juice or water.

You can buy these in salon or order from us online to be delivered or collected between visits.

There is free on street parking a short walk from us on Raneleigh Terrace, but many clients use the pay and display carpark in Court Street, postcode for sat nav is CV31 2BB. From there you simply walk through a small alleyway and Headmasters is straight in front of you.

Yes, we absolutely accept cash and all cards including Amex.

Before a cutting or blow-dry service, this isn’t necessary but it’s always best to ensure your hair is clean before a colouring service for great results.

Yes, Nathan and Jade are specialists in tape hair extensions. Please feel free to book a consultation to discuss this further.

Yes, sure we can, always handy to bring pictures along of what you like and what you don’t like to help us build a picture of what might work for you.

To secure your booking we ask you to pay a small deposit which amounts to around £15 for each hour that you’re in the salon. The deposit will be taken when you book your appointment and will be taken off your bill when you pay for the service or treatment you have received. The deposit will be fully refunded if you cancel, as long as you give us at least 48hrs notice. The deposit will be fully refunded if a service or treatment is unsuitable for you or cannot be provided for any reason. Please note: If you cancel your appointment online,
you will not automatically receive your deposit back. You need to call the salon and our receptionist team will refund the deposit for you.

We understand that you have a busy schedule and allow a grace period of 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may need to reschedule your appointment to accommodate your service(s), or you may not be able to have the full service that you are booked in for. If we do not hear from you within 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment start time, your appointment will be considered a “no-show” and you will lose your deposit.

Our product partner is Davines, we use all their colours, haircare, and styling ranges.

Davines are known for their focus on sustainability, their formulations favour ingredients of natural origin and are generated with renewable energy. They are also packaged in a way that minimises environmental impact. We also stock evo fab pro colour conditioners and the colour wow styling range.

Yes, Tuesdays and Thursdays until 8pm, Wednesdays until 9pm.

Yes, we offer free fringe trims to regular clients of the salon.
