What to Do If You’re Not Satisfied

If you’re unhappy with your haircut or any service, here’s how we’ll work together to make it right:  

1. Let Us Know Right Away 

We’re grateful when clients share their concerns—it gives us the chance to address them directly. If you’re still at the salon, let your stylist or the front desk team know how you’re feeling. If you notice something later, call us as soon as possible.  

2. Speak with the Right Person  

Our team is trained to handle all client feedback with care. If the person assisting you can’t resolve the issue immediately, they will find the right stylist or manager to help.  

3. Book a ‘Redo’ Appointment  

One of the ways we ensure your satisfaction is by offering a complimentary ‘Redo’ appointment. This allows us to adjust the cut or style to better align with your vision. During this session, we’ll discuss your feedback in detail and work collaboratively to deliver a result you’ll love.  

4. Complete a Client Concern Form

To make sure your concerns are addressed thoroughly, we use a **Client Concern Form** to document important details like the date of your service, the stylist’s name, and your feedback. This form helps us track the issue and ensures follow-up action is taken promptly.

Our Commitment Doesn’t End There 

After your redo appointment, we’ll follow up with a phone call to check in and ensure you’re completely satisfied with the outcome. Your happiness matters to us, and we won’t rest until we’ve exceeded your expectations.
